biography

Hailing from Australia, Luke has been singing professionally from the age 12.  Although only 21 years of age, Luke is an experienced studio session and live performer - including singing live to 200,000 people at the 2006 Sydney Australia Day Celebrations.

Luke is also an accomplished guitarist and has been apart of many touring bands, one of which appeared weekly on "The Footy Show" (Australian national television).

Luke's experience in the performing arts and music theatre world includes winning a 2006 "Bound for Broadway" scholarship, for study on Broadway with theatre greats Stephen Schwartz and Craig Carnelia.

Luke brings a young, fresh outlook to the art of singing and his enthusiasm is infectious!

my teaching approach

I believe in working with a student to achieve what THEY want to achieve. Everybody is traveling at a different pace and it is important as a teacher to understand and consider that. A singing lesson can be about more than discovering good technique and discipline. Everything we do affects our voice and that is why a teacher must understand a students' situation and work with that as well as the instrument.

Fun! It has to be fun!  That is the best environment for learning.
